The 7,900,000 IFR Community Operations Reserve is the remainder of the 60,000,000 IFR Community & Grants genesis allocation after Bootstrap Plan B contribution (50M IFR). This is a genesis-level decision, publicly documented here for full transparency.

Between contract deployment and Proposal #6 execution (13.03.2026), the Pool Fee Receiver was set to the Deployer EOA. Approximately ~21,000 IFR in pool fees accumulated there during this period (1% of ~2.1M total fees from genesis transfers). Proposal #6 executed 13.03.2026 — setPoolFeeReceiver(FeeRouterV1) ✅
Decision: These fees will not be manually re-routed to FeeRouterV1. A manual transfer would incur an additional 3.5% fee-on-transfer burn (~735 IFR), creating more harm than benefit for a negligible amount (0.002% of total supply). This is documented here for full transparency.
From Proposal #6 onwards, all pool fees route correctly to FeeRouterV1 → BuybackVault + BurnReserve.

IFR Burn Tracker

Deflation is permanent: There is no mint() function in the InfernoToken contract. Every transfer applies a 3.5% fee (2% sender burn + 0.5% recipient burn + 1% pool fee). Supply decreases with every transaction.

Why were Proposals #1–#3 cancelled?
Proposals #1 (Vesting) and #2 (BurnReserve) were redundant — both contracts were already set feeExempt directly before ownership was transferred to the Governance contract. Proposal #3 (BootstrapVaultV3) was cancelled and re-proposed as #4 with correct timing. All cancellations were performed intentionally by the Guardian (Deployer 0x6b36…ed67) on 09.03.2026.
